I told you guys last week that he had a 120+ rating after 3 games despite being sacked 9 times in the first two games.

This week when they won was actually not a good week for him overall.

I am shocked to see Brunnell at #10...dayum...even with his last two weeks, I wouldn't have thought he'd overcome that horrendous start.

Imagine what he could do on a NFL team?

He's playing well...

With that said, he had a "monster" game against the Colts but he compiled basically all those stats down 3-4 TDs, playing against a vanilla defense.

more proof of stats being for losers and being misleading...Carr is nowhere near the best QB in football, nor is he playing at the kind of level his rating suggests...

He has lost a fumble in every single game this year. Where does that show up in his rating? His rating is high because he racks up yards in garbage time during a blowout, against opposing teams that are playing prevent defense.

QB rating is dependent upon large sample sizes. Small data sets tend to have peculiar results.

Playing catchup and throwing into prevent defenses that allow you a high completion rate might have something to do with his high rating. I would suggest that should he finish the season the highest rated QB in the league he won't go to the pro bowl.
