From what we've seen so far(I know its only pre-season) do the cowboys have a shot at winning the NFC east and making the playoffs? I think so. Eagles are a bit overrated. I say the Redskins will give us the biggest run for our money. Giants will flop. I will say they go 12-4 and make it to the NFC championship.

I don't think that we are overrated, no one (outside of Philadelphia) thinks that we will win the Super Bowl this year, because they have seen what has happened the past three years.

If our offense plays like it did last night, we have a chance.

If the defense rounds into shape (and I think it will) and the offense continues to improve I like their chances. And of course if they stay injury free like last year.

The offensive skill positions look scary talented. Assuming VT can continue to be accurate, who are you gonna cover? Key, Glenn, AB, Witten, Jones, RA, Campbell? Thats too many talented people catching and running.

Philly is still tough but can they overcome the injuries and new personnel?

WA could be strong offensively, assuming Portis stays healthy, but I think they are more of a threat after Gibbs has been there for a few years.

NYG are probably going to be a train wreck.

I agree...I think the NFC East is loaded with talent. Our offense is looking nice. If we can keep Vinny protected I'd be willing to bet we can make a bang this year.

Despite the NFC looking really weak this year, I think the following teams are all better than us:

Philly
Green Bay
Minnesota
Seattle
Carolina

We are probably in the same balllpark as Wash, NO, TB, StL

The bottom dwellers are probably still NYG, Detroit (although they could jump up this year), Chicago, SF, Atl.

I still think we will finish somewhere around 8-8.

Kalu's may have helped our team more than it helped it, and I don't think Buckhalter's injury is too bad.

By new personnel do you mean Douglas and Trotter? lol. I wouldn't call them new personnel.

Do we have a chance to win the NFC East...yes.

Will it happen...well at this time call me a skeptic as I do not see it happening right now but would be very happy if it did.

Ric Flair (old wrestler) was famous for saying to be the man, you've got to beat the man.

We have to beat Philly out to take the title and we have been not been able to beat them except for once last year due to a flub up by Reid.

Ric Flair hehehe :p

I can't believe I remember him, I havn't watched wrestling in years, and I was probably 7 when he retired.

He was the guy with the white hair right? If not, I am an idiot and shouldn't have spoken.
