We just played an away game on Monday night against a good physical team. It was an emontional win and I'm sure it took alot out of us.
On the other hand, the Deadskins are comming off a bye playing at home. It was a important game for us but a must win game for them.
No wonder the Deadskins looked little "faster", "quicker" , and "fresher" than against our defense.

We did not play Carolina on Monday night. We played on Sunday night. Big difference.

I noticed our D was tired too. They didn't have the same energy they brought last week. However, these guys are getting paid millions of dollars to do one thing. It's no excuse. You are expected to get up for every game, and you are expected to be in good enough shape to have a quick turn around.

I guess the skins 8min drive after opening kickoff plum(:) )wore them out.

Ok. It was Sunday night. My mistake but fact that we played an emotional game away late Sunday night seemed to be a factor today.
Our defense definately looked very flat and tired.

Our offense doesn't know how to finish a team off. We know how to play the exchange score game, but not how to close one out.

Our defense was on the field for 10+ minutes in the first QUARTER.
Recipe for disaster.

If TO catches that pass, we close it out.

Plus, finally getting the ball and running ONE play before giving it back for another drive. They (Dallas' D) didn't play bad, but I think it affected the pressure on Brunell ... which is everything.

No, they simply looked bad and undisciplined. Every team plays every week. No excuse.
