Who are the leaders on this team? Are there any? Is Tony Romo a leader in the making? Who is the leader who will tell TO to straighten his *** up,and chastise him regarding his immaturity(See sleeping in end zone penalty). Who??? Who has the cajones to take a leadership role? Frankly,I can't think of anybody! This team has poquito corazon, or very little heart. We need a Jim Burt on this team.

Oh,and before you zero in on TO's end zone gaffe being a "Dumb call" by the refs,it's the rule,no matter how stupid it may be! It is a sign of a much deeper problem, one that could and should be addressed by the team leader,or better yet, leaders, away from the press or public.

I have to assume that Romo, TO, Bradie and Ferg are this team's leaders

Romo more by action, the rest by being vocal

There are disappointers like TO and Vanderjagt and the entire O-line, and the safties, fire them up all you please they'll false start or drop a pass or interfere, Parcells and Romo can't control the IQ drop in their teammates.

We have plenty of leaders... But I just don't see many guys with heart outside of Barber and Romo.
