Since TO plays to the fans and nobody else feels like they can tell him to stop the stupidity of endzone celebrations, shut his mouth and make plays. Everytime he does something like this ALL Cowboy fans should boo. Then when he drops passes we should boo. It will kill his ego and make him change.

The guy is playing to the fans with all of his me'ness. The only way he changes is if the fans stop cheering and voice their displeasure.

I think BP should bench him for part of a game or one game. Not make him a starter... something... How about Roy kick his arse?

Uh no.

The guy is what...33...34 years old. At some point, you get stuck in your ways and as Big Bill loves to say "are what you are".

T.O. is not changing.

The only way to change him is to hand him one of these:

And send him on his way after the season ;) .

Why wait? There's no time like the present.
