So what is the injury total for Giants?
Is Muhsin Mohammed missing the game?
Found out which WR will miss Giants game
Bears' Berrian out 2-4 weeks
Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Chicago Bears wide receiver Bernard Berrian is expected to miss up to four weeks with a rib injury suffered in the team's 31-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
According to a report in the Chicago Sun-Times, Berrian will be sidelined for two to four weeks with the injury.
The receiver went down on the Bears' first offensive play of the game after he was tackled following a 10-yard reception.
Berrian has caught 27 balls this season and leads Chicago with 495 receiving yards and four touchdown receptions.

Toomer, Strahan, Arrington, Osi, Tuck are all out Sunday off the top of my head.
I think Plax is questionable.
That is an injury that doesn't hurt them too much IMHO. Besides, they have stepped it up when players have gone down. We can't even step it up when we are basically healthy. Sad.

I would hate to win the division over injuries to another team--ah, what the heck....it has been awhile

But it hurts because I believe Plaxiglass is hurt also--right?

No one felt sorry for us last year when we played the giants last year without flozell adams, and anthony henry. Aaron glenn did a great job replacing henry for that game, but still no one would be shedding any tears if dallas had these injuries. The games must go on.

They got their karma that is for sure. All that trash talking they we're doing about Roy, and Terrell.

I think it hurts a ton. Plax is already banged up as it is, and though Toomer kinda slowed down after a hot start, he's still a pretty good player. This injury moves Tim Carter up to the #2 WR who is basically terrible, and either David Tyree or Michael Jennings up to the #3 WR spot. I think we'll be seeing a lot more of Shockey from the G-Men.

I never wish injuries on anyone but I wouldn't mind one of them coming down badly on a knee after their silly "we're balling" crap.

I agree..Toomer isnt a dominant player anymore but he is consistent, Burress and Shockey have talent but both are very inconsistent...he also had a 12 catch, 140 yd, 2 td game vs Philly earlier in the yr...he's a good player

I feel somewhat bad for the individual hurt players....not the Jints per se.
What's somewhat worrisome is if they win the division that banged up and depleted, they will define themselves as a cut above the other playoff teams. They'll have, corny as it sounds, 'heart'.
That's to be somewhat dreaded by divisional opponents.
(Yeah, I'm using Tony's pet word in his two televised interviews last nights..'somewhat'..anyone else notice it?) :)

Not me Barb. They didn't take pitty on our young OL or our inexperienced QB. I want them just as banged up as I can get them and then, I want that whole can of whoopass opened up on them. I have no reason to think they won't win the East but remember last year. They just fell right off the map at the end of the season and then took a beat down in the playoffs. I'm all for that again this year but instead of Washington making a late end of season run...............

It hurts them, but losing Plax would have been much worse. Plus, they'll get their injured defenders back sooner or later--save for Arrington.

this could be a blessing in disguise. If it was Burress, that would have been devastating. But this gives the younger WR's an opportunity. Tyree showed a lot when he got an opportunity to play. And Carter is healthy finally. If he can stay that way, he could be a bigger threat at 2 than Toomer. Plus, it looks as if Sinorice Moss is finally going to be back. Not to mention they have a guy who is very similar to Toomer on the practice squad by the name of Anthony Mix. He is 6-5 235lbs. He is a younger Toomer. It is clear that the Giants can cover the loss of Toomer.
It is defense they need to get healthy on.

If any of those guys were better than Toomer . . . they'd be the #2.
Don't be a homer -- this injury hurts your team.
