He says he thinks it has contributed to the injuries of our defensive line. It's a sad day in Giant land. :)

Did Lavarr ever do it?

That could have helped his achilles problem

It was even more lame than the salute they used to do in Denver.

Could it have contributed to Lavarr's achilles?

I cannot believe he would say that.

If he did..... :lmao:

I think it's more a matter of Coughlin wanting his players to act like they've made plays in the NFL before as opposed to trying out for the CBA every time somebody makes a tackle. After all, it is what they are paid for.

He may use the excuse of injury but in the end, I'd bet he isn't crazy about that whole jump shot deal.

I can. Tom's just using whatever voodoo science he can muster to get his team to stop acting buffoonish and more like the champions they've got a shot at being.

This is why Coach C wants the jumpshot gone....

They haven't done it as a group since they were warned by the NFL following the Falcons game. I personally like it, it brings the defense together. I liked when Denver did the saulte as well.

We split the season series this year... after the early xmas present to you. Historically WE HAVE OWNED YOU more times than not.

So... yeah... the redskins have cowboys envy :stetson:

if you feel the need to live in the past, thats fine. keep telling yourself that. If you care more about the past than the current season, then, well, thats kind of strange.

I love you keep calling this game a "present"... yes, you all played bad, but so did we. The difference is though, we made the most out of our oppurtunities, and you all didn't. Plain and simple. And for that, we should have won

The actual difference is that the Skins are just a bad team. Playing bad in a game is nothing unusual. ;)

If you like players acting like they have zero class after every tackle, I can see why you would like it.

How is that showing zero class? They are having fun out there, an aspect of the game many seem to forget about.

I garuntee that if this was the cowboys or the redskins, you would feel differently. The fact that your players almost got in a fight with Mario Williams for mocking this is just pathetic

Because celebrating often routine plays and rubbing it in your opponents face doesn't show class. It's simple to understand if you have it.

are you kidding me? So I guess none of the games played this year have any impact on the future huh? The game is on our record, and effects the standings at the end of the year. So how is that in the past if it is still effecting everything right now?

No, I wouldn't feel differently. I enjoy when players do things like that, the only reason I get angry is because most likely the Giants made a stupid mistake that allows the opposition to celebrate.

I can understand that view, however, I don't think they do it for the reason. Would you rather have them spitting in people's faces? By the way, what's up with the personal attacks?

He also didn't say he condoned spitting in players faces. He didnt even come close to ratifying that kind of behavior. That's a huge reach on your part.

Here's what kills me: these s were angry at the Texans for mimicing their stupid jump-shot gesture on their turf, yet they did the exact same thing on our turf in the Monday night game. HYPOCRISY.

If I read this right, he was basically saying I had no class both times. If I mis-interpreted it, I apologize, but that's how I took it.

I didn't say he did condone it. I'm just trying to put it into perspective. If showing a little celebration after a good play constitutes a lack of class, where do spitting, shots to the groin, etc. lie?

And by "myopia", you must mean "hyperopia" since the computer screen is close, not far away.

It is so freaking stupid to see the "gapped tooth wonder" look up at the camera and say, "We're ballin...."?

No wonder his wife said he has been leading "a different lifestyle"! I think she might be right...with the "gap tooth wonder" living in some apartment with some other "man friend"...

"We're ballin....."! How freaking pathetic is that...it sounds so...well...ghey!

"We're ballin...."...in that pretty little voice of his...

I think without even asking you could guess that he is opposed to shots to the groin, spitting, etc. I would consider something worse than the celebrations to be common sense without even asking. That's just me, I can put 2 and 2 together like that real easy. No, that wasn't a shot at you either, but if you choose to take it was one I can't stop you.
