I couldn't disagree more buddy. Glenn is what?....50 years old? I think he'd be quickly exposed as an every down CB. Maybe 10-12 plays a game.
I will give you that Glenn seems to make an inordinate # of TO's for his amount of playing time.

if newman wasnt such a bad bad man henry wouldn't look bad. He is better than I would say 70 percent of the guys in the league. he is probably one of the best 2cd corners in the league.

Henry to play FS would be perfect for this game. Glen on Wayne and Newman on Harrison. Play Roy upfront intermittently and try to throw many looks with 3-4, 4-3 and 3-3-5 etc....but our entire D needs to step up!
All three of the Cowboys' corners should be getting tons of playing time against the Colts, given their offensive scheme. There will be no hiding cornerbacks in this game.

Henry is the starting CB and Glenn is a nickel CB. There is a valid reason things are this way.

Go back to the 2nd game of the 2005 season...
Washington at Dallas
Guess who has the coverage on the two TD bombs to Moss?
Glenn.
Lord help us if Glenn has to match up with another primo WR in this league.

Wayne will eat Glenn up more than he would Henry. At least Henry matches up size wise.

First, try a little punctuation - it could make this statement somewhere closer to coherent.
Second, Glenn doesn't see the same constant flow of passes that Henry does - if he did he may not look so great. It's tough when teams intentionally avoid Newman and target Henry to pick on. He's doing a pretty solid job considering.

IMO we better stick with the physically gifted Henry!

Henry is alot better than people on this board think. He matches up well with wayne size and speed wise. I know that only goes so far, but I think if manning tries to pick on henry all game long. He may just regret it, Henry is a ball hawk. That may get him in trouble, but we shall see. I also think Henry is gonna have a little more help back there next weekend.
Glenn needs to stay where he is in the slot. Who knows how he would be as a starter? I just wouldn't like to find out against the colts. All Iam saying is every player struggles a little bit at some point in their career. Henry is too talented to stay in this slump forever, He will be ok. See Terence Newman.
Also it seems like everybody seems to think that Newman is just automatically gonna go one on one on an island with marvin and just shut him down. Thats far from a guarantee. Can it happen? yes. He is a perfect route runner and manning has amazing accuracy, just something to think about.

They're both going to be on the field 90% of the time against Indianapolis.

Henry's a lot better than most here give him credit for. He'll get beat. All corners do, but we could do far worse. I'd take Henry over either of the Giants corners Webster or McQuarters

5'8" and slow doesnt mix, hes very aware in nickle situations but against a #2 like wayne who is a #1, no way to glenn

this is getting like the JJ and Barber thing, leave henry in jus like jones until he screws up against wayne or whoever hes on. We need to be physical with the colts we cant jus let manning sit back without having jammed WRs, glenn will get out muscled to often

All the DB's will be tested, I'm more worried about the safety play!

I think that Henry should be playing free safety because he can't keep up with any receiver with any kind of speed. For God's sake, Keyshawn Johnson ran past him in the Carolina game. Keyshawn "4.9-40" Johnson!!!
