We were falling apart, and

-the Giants were "balling" on us
-the press had us for dead
-Parcells is throwing in the towel
-Jerry had us taking a step back
-Parcells didn't know how it would all turn out
-3 game road trip coming up was the big story
-offensive line was a joke
-TO left out of the offense
-No passes to Witten
-No passes to Crayton
-No passes to Hurd

Amazing how one player has turned around this franchise!!

Wow so true. I don't post much but lately I just can't get enough of the boys and of this web site. I find myself re-watching games on the DVR. One thing that I like about El Romo is that he uses his mobility (feet) to make plays with his arm. That is veteran play. Lots of young quarterbacks will take off running at the first sign of trouble, but Romo runs to make a play with his arm. Most good quarterbacks don't learn that till they've been playing a few years.

I'm so giddy over the play of Romo. I just can't believe this happening. El Romo has revitalized the whole team! and the fan base!

I also like his uncanny ability to convert 3rd downs. Just amazing. I also really like the look offs on throws, the fake shoulder movements, fake spikes, pretending to pass after handoffs to running backs, etc.

A few years back I had some high hopes for Quincy Carter, but he just couldn't make the plays at the end of the game to pull out or seal the victory. But take El Romo in the Indy game, he kept the ball away from Manning on that last drive with some crucial conversions! The recent Cowboys would have been punting to Manning with a minute and half to go and bad things would have happened. But Romo just said "no" Peyton you will not get the ball back. The ending was very anti-climactic for Indy.

Wow. Just wow. Viva El Romo!!!!!!

wow....you got me thereI wouldn't worry about it. You guys were 5-4 and losing to the Tennesse Titans when he went down. It's really not that much of a loss.

Yea, you're right.......losing your starting QB is not that much of a loss.

Yea, you're right.......losing your starting QB is not that much of a loss.Well with your starting QB you had lost 3 of your last 4 and were right on path to lose the 4th. That's what happens when you have a cake schedule to start the season. It gets your hopes up.

Well we were still in better position to win with him.

Only 1 loss this season was Mcnabb's fault. That was against Tampa Bay and him throwing 2 ints to Rhonde Barber. He ran them back for the 2 td's.

Eagles defense played one great game this year. That being against the Dallas Cowboys. They're the ones mostly responsible for the losses. That and Andy Reid's brillant playcalling.

I support Mcnabb no matter what.

Five weeks ago, Romo never had a chance with Jessica Simpson.

The Eagles would have done better then 8-8 with Mcnabb.

"Starting" QB is very relative. Trust us.....we know.

The Eagles would have beaten the Titans, if Mcnabb played the entire game.

The schedule is definitely tough, but they are veteran team. I felt that they could have pulled through and won NFC east.

Mcnabb went out early in the 2nd quarter. I think it was only a 10-6 game then. I really do think they would have won that game.

Even with the horrible tackling by special teams and the defense.
