Ok, Im buying my son a Roy Williams jersey off of Ebay for christmas but the sizes are all like 48 and 54 and so on..

What size would be a medium mens size?

54 is like XXL.

48 i believe is considered medium. I'm 5'10" 170 and I have a 52 which is still LARGE.

48 is considered M. I have several authentics and if you are looking for a classic medium then i would go 46, the 48 is is like a large or in some an xl... the authentics are cut like they should be over shoulder pads, etc...
