Dish Network screwed me!

They dumped all the distant network channels because some judge somewhere said that the networks weren't making enough money. Only get the local network stations now.

The friggin' problem is, I DON'T HAVE A LOCAL PACKAGE!

They dumped FOX one me today, of all days, and told me I am SOL as far as getting CBS, ABC, NBC, or FOX. Course, can't get Direct in here by tomorrow and there is no guarantee that they could do any better.

Where can I watch the game on the net? Anyone know?

Actually, you screwed yourself when you chose Dish over Direct TV. A real football fan would have never done that.

Can't you call them up and have them added? It's only 5 bucks a month I beleive for the local channels.

I have to agree Disk network is terrible. I broke my contract with them after 6 months because every month my bill was never correct.

I've never had a single problem with Dish. Plus, I get the local channels in digital format as well, so I don't have to have a separate antenna for local channels.

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:Dish didn't screw you, big brother did. They had no choice, and it wasn't about not making enough money. The courts were punishing dish for allowing too many viewers access to distant networks who shouldn't have been receiving them.

I'm guessing because NFL Sunday Ticket is on Direct TV and not Dish Network.
