maybe they need to see another 7yrs of defensive ineptitude

7 more years of absolutely no pass rush

7 more years of almost futile efforts to hit another teams QB

7 more years on seeing games like tonight

7 more years of no playoff wins

I don't understand it either. He's the one person who escapes any and all blame..

Our defense can't generate a pass rush.. it's not Zimmer's fault.
We bring in new players to help with the pass rush, new corners, etc. and still NO pass rush.. still not Zimmer's fault.

The list goes on and on with him and yet because on paper we look like we're a good defense then all is forgiven.. I mean we must be great if we look great on paper.

Anyone with half a brain who actually watches how our defense peforms.. especially in critical situations.. knows how big of a joke it truly is.

And as long as Zimmer's been here it's the one thing that has remained constant no matter how great we've looked on paper.

It's a tired act already and if we're ever going to turn it around it needs to change after this season.
