RT that can't beat out Vollers to make 45

The race between Rogers and Tucker was almost too close to call. Rogers has better technique and footwork than Tucker and as soon as his strength gets to be where Parcells wants it, he'll be starting.

The only reason Vollers would go instead of Jacob is because he can play both sides and Parcells is trying to take as few OL as he can get by with.

To insinuate that Rogers isn't even as good as Vollers is misleading at best. At worst it's intentionally skewed to make things look worse than they really are.

Testaverde is a major upgrade over Carter, I was adament all offseason that Carter was the biggest problem on offense...George is starter in name only, at years end he probably wont have half the carries of Julius Jones...Parcells will play the guy thats most productive

Cant do anything about an injury (Peterman) and so what if Rogers isnt active in week one? Even in week 16? he was a late 2nd rd pick, there is no rule that says just because the guy doesnt start his first yr he's an automatic bust...Vollers is active though instead of Rogers because he can play LT and RT, and Rogers has worked only at RT all offseason

Hunter starting at RCB isnt a surprise, Parcells has been saying it almost all offseason

Dixon is only starting because of an injury

Eaton is only starting because of a suspension

I would have crapped a brick considering the money and draft picks we had....I would have said fire the man pulling the strings, Parcells....but that 10-6 season gives him a free ride for one more year before I advise JJ to fire the bum :)

1. Better than the less undesirable of Hutchinson/Carter
2. Better than Hambrick (and who said he's starting anyway, what about JJ)
3. a)Third string TB?
b) Can't control injuries
c) Vollers wasn't the starter last year
4. Not good here, Mario was solid
5. Dixon is only starting because Woody is hurt
6. I liked Blade, but he was a two-team washout and very unknown. Eaton's at least as good.
