It appears every carry EG gets has an opportunity cost of about 12 yards. :)
Lee looks just like I thought he would.

Dude can play. That was a great drive courtesy of Mr. Lee.

I wish we had used him more.
What happened to him in the second half?
why Anderson why? he fumbled the ball vs the panthers in a crucial play and he fumbles it again, BP should have kept going with Lee

So who gets more touches next week? George, Anderson, Jones or Lee.
Rashard single handedly took the game over only to be exinguished by the brain trust! :(

Well see if Bill holds true to his saying that he will play the players that make plays on Sunday. If that holds true then Lee should get more carries next Sunday against the Browns. I would like to see some split duty between Lee and Jones. I don't want to impede these two guys progress to play George. I love George as a player but he fits no where in the future plans and both Lee and Jones do.

So did Lee break his finger or not...thus explaining why he had to leave the game for awhile...?????

Lee is the absolute worst RB on this team.
He makes our 1st pick in the draft, look silly. :D

5 for 35 sounds nice ... but I'm not ready to hand him the ball 20-25 times. Troy Hambrick had a 5+ yard average backing up Emmitt.
I want to see Julius tote the ball. EG is just out of gas. Richie Anderson has hands of butter.

The more I think about the combination of a Lee/Jones?anderson (yes, I think he is good for 3rd downs and picking up the blitz) combination the more excited I get.
I don't pretend to understand what is going on with the JJ sutation, but I do know that he showed that he has the burst of speed and elusivenss that you want in your running back and Lee definetly made a believer out of me yesterday. The WR corp is a definite strength. The left side of the line is unstoppable and if Gurode is not a season ending injury, our offense will be a top five. I am sold on VT. If he can avoid getting hit like he did yesterday. I am sure he can last a whole season.

I would like to know why Lee was taken out of the game??? He played a great game while he was in there. Like others here, my question to Parcells is WHY was he taken out of the game?????

because Parcells and Carthon had their heads up their rears, thats what.
Julius Jones and Lee should get 90-95% of this teams carries, other than injury there isnt any excuse for it now...I doubt even Barry Switzer would be stupid enough to run George and Anderson ahead of Jones and Lee

I thought this guy was a stud in preseseason.
All he does is make plays when he is in the game.
And all Ritchie Anderson continue's to do is cough up the Ball when we get in scoring position.
Reshard Lee may very well be the best running back on our roster.

I'ts sad when the average fan can make better decisions than NLF coaches.

I think we sacrificed the run game for the pass protection scheme. Anderson did a great job at picking up the blitz and keeping VT off his back. We cannot risk VT getting hit too much. If he goes down, then we really will be playing for our draft pick, especially with our DL and secondary. :( Hopefully reshard can prove that he can protect VT from the blitz or assist the OL on the DL rush to warrant him being in their on 2nd and 3rd and longs.
BTW, after watching the fumble you had to think BP must have been saying Noooooooo that can't happen, that's one of my guys!!!

Okay, Lee was holding one of his fingers after he scored the touchdown. Then someone said the announcers mentioned he had a possible broken finger. Is this accurate? If not and he was out of the game for no other reason than personnel decisions made by the coaching staff, they should be summarily dismissed at once. And if Parcells made part of the call, then I'm off his sorry bandwagon as of now. You keep the talented players who make plays on the field as much as possible. Lee was our best looking back yesterday by far. He WAS that TD drive. Why in the name of Tom Landry do you take him OUT of the game if he wasn't injured?????????????
