Early dominance of Vikes?

I have been a long time follower, but have never posted before. I follow several message boards as well as all mmajor publications. After yeaterday I feel an urge to post. While we all knew our secondary would be suspect, It shouldn't have been as exposed. Early on we dominated the vikes and could have easily been up 14-0. That would have dramatically changed the ooutcome. The botched f/g is what gave Minn a lift. We desperately need a pash rush and another cover guy. I agree we should have paid for a corner - but BP and JJ have a plan. It doesn't always look good to the casual observer. We still could have won despite that. Maybe they will pick up lassiter or another corner. BUt remember these guys out there weren't good enough for other clubs. I do feel like ROY needs to play strong safety in the box, though and am bewildered by the failure to move him.

Everyone keeps talking about putting Roy in the Box. I wish, but we have to many coverage issues in the secondary to do that right now, especially teams coming out in a 3 or 4 wide. He has to help back there, otherwise it is Hunter and Reeves all by themselves. Scary.

We need to get a FS and let Roy doing what he does best.
