much but Olsen the TE from Miami is performing well in shorts. 4.5 40, 36" vert, 23 reps on the bench press. I have watched the boise te play a little and he looks like a potentially good pro.

hence why he said "not a need"

comprende?

but really i agree Olsen has been looking great, and under diffrent circumstances we would take him in a heart beat in the second round if he were available.

Oh I know, my tone was one of joking. The crazy thing is though if BP was still here I wouldn't put it past him.

I could go on and on.

Dude's not perfect, and he sure didn't meet expectations, but he did do some things correctly.

Dude your being way to negitive. Give Spears, Canty and Burnett a chance. I still have hope for them.Burnett won us a game last year(colts). What about Jones and Reeves in the 7th. I would say that them picks were not failed either. Jones did pretty well when Henry was injured and he had to step in as the Nickel. If im not mistaken he helped us win the game on Monday Night when Mcnabb trow that Pick to Roy. On the Eagles last drive Mcnabb connected with one of the receivers on our 30 or so and before gaining possetion Jones knocked it out. Al Johnson is a good playing in a bad scheme and Bradie is definitly not a bust even though his play droped off in the last few game last year.

You gotta be joking. We have enough Talent on our team now (thanks to Parcells) that we dont have to start rockies.

is this a joke??

in order 2003 - Al Johnson and Bradie James have been better than given credit, and every bit worth the picks used to take them.

2004 - Both Corners have proved to be exceptional values.

2005 - Spears, Canty, Burnett are being judged way way too soon and way way to harshly. Ratliff has been one of the best 7th round picks in team history to this point. He is truely an asset.

last year - too early to tell because most didn't have to play because we had good drafts before that. Carp excelled looked great at the end. Fasano was decent worthy of a second round pick in my mind, Hatcher looked great and is gonna be a force. Watkins was a value pick, and Mcquistan has a future here on our line.

a. dont' be so negative
b. your judging these players like they should all be pro bowlers
c. whats the deal??

We are considered a talented team by most people who are neutral to their opinions on the Cowboys but yet some of our own fans dont even get it.

Parcells improved this roster tremendously and did a good job drafting.

Think about all the other NFC teams that dont even have near the talent we do and they weren't nearly as bad in the gutter as we were talent wise 4 or 5 years ago (pre parcells).

23 reps.

Brady Quinn did 30.

Am I over exaggerating by finding that funny or is it common for a QB to have more upper body strangth than a TE? or is Quinn just really strong for his weight (232).

30 reps is pretty good. I dont have any kind of numbers in front of me but id say that 30 reps for a QB is way above the average.

That being said Greg Olsen is a stud TE whos sky is the limit. If I were the Bears and he was sitting there thats who i'd take.

Olsen is going to be a good TE in the NFL in my opinion.

I heard them say Quinn did 24. But 23 is pretty on par for TEs and LBs. Sure the preference would be close to 30, but nothings wrong with 23.

Best thing about Olson running a 4.47 is it just may push him into the top 20, pushing down another player to 22.:D
