what can some of you zoners tell me about this guy? he's 6'2" 199 and ran a 4.43 at the Combine, he had 3 and 2 INTs his final 2 years, is he a player?

Not a ballhawk or very physical with only 95 tackles in 46 games. Not much upside as a CB in the NFL. Will probably wind up as a nickle or dime back at best IMO.

I'd rather have Fred Bennett.
