That has to be a guy doing a joke.

He has the guitar upside down and I don't think he has it restrung and nutted to be left handed guitar (ala Hendrix did with his strats).

Although if you put a mustache on him he might pass for Winicki. haha

Yes it is a joke.

He says it is a special 4 string guitar however it has the normal 6 tuning pegs in the 3/3 setup.
