My daughter's (Chelsea Smith) school had a essay contest along with the other schools in our town titled "If I where Mayor" and out of all the essay's the mayor selected hers as the best. She gets to do the gavel at the next city hall mtg, lead the council in the pledge, and receive a $500 college scolorship.... I know it's not much but I'm very proud of her. Congrats!!

That is a big accomplishment for a young student and you have every right to be proud of her.

Those bumper stickers crack me up.
