he dosent even remember

from DMN article

Witten even had the look of the type of tight end Parcells enjoys after the game, but it could be costly. He is scheduled to have X-rays on his jaw today after taking a hit at a point of the game he doesn't remember. The right side of his face was puffy and bruised. He missed a game last season with a broken jaw.

Amazes me how many players use that old school thin leather strap, those that don't even buckle it up to look cool. Those that play with no mouthpieces too. The Late era Aikman chin cuard and mouthpiece SB mandatory.

Whats not being talked up - hits like that can create Concussion syndrome. Serious chit LT.

From a net news site

Despite his "puffy face" Jason Witten does not have broken cheekbone.

My gosh, was this Sunday a triage of football players or what?

I was surprised at how much of his chin actually is showing with his facemask.

He really needs a new facemask, kind of like a lineman's that goes lower than his chin.

could it be that other teams remember he had a broken jaw last year, and they're aiming it?
