My soon to be step son is working on a report on Tom Landry. The issue is he can't seem to find what his religious affiliation is? Every thing I seem to have read just says a born again Christian. Can anyone be more specific, such as Lutheran, Catholic, or Church of ? Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

He was a longtime member of Highland Park Baptist Church on Preston Rd here in Dallas.

Sorry, I made a mistake. It's Park Cities Baptist. I knew that didn't sound right.

Thanks for the info. We did some further digging I saw a reference to Methodist so the Baptist church you mentioned is interesting.

Correct. Pick up a copy of "The Book of Landry (http://www.amazon.com/Book-Landry-Wisdom-Testimonials-Americas/dp/0966877438/ref=sr_1_4/104-3917031-8321534?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1176388266&sr=8-4)". It has a section on his faith, which is a collection of quotes from Landry and his players, media, friends. Good read, and likely some excellent material for his report.

Thks, I stand corrected. For some reason, HPUMC was my first instinct, but I found an old article that mentioned PCB, so I went with that.
