however, nice afro, Joker (I thought Joker's hair was more straight)
also, I don't like the outfit.... cheap aqua shirt with greyish coat?
I hope he doesn't resemble Cesar Romero's 60's Joker, as he looked completely retarded and not scary or cool

Heath's hair is slicked back and he's just taken that clown mask off. He won't be wearing those plain clothes the entire film (He's in disguise). Even though it is blurred, you can still tell his face looks like this:
