After further review the boys get an "F" in FA signing.
We have 2 veterans who have nothing left in the tank. I love EG but his best running days are over. Wiley looks real old - if we cut him tomorrow he would not be missed.

I said in an earlier thread that I can't see anything that Willey has added that we didn't have last year. And the EG signing, while it may be a name to add to the roster I would much rather see Richie Anderson and Rashard Lee getting the bulk of the carries. Especially Lee. BP wants to run the ball well, then he should be giving to his best back and right now I think it is either Lee or Anderson.

Painful as it was, this weekend I watched the first two games on tape....and watched Wiley on every play he was in for...and he does NOTHING...not only doesn't he generate a pass rush (he has no moves and is SLLLLOWWW) but he gets blown off the line on running plays....and if you watch him on the back end of plays, when he trails them, he runs like an old lady.
Pitiful..
I think I am joining LTN on this one...Wiley has replaced Eddie George as the player who was the worst signing.

I posted a similar thought in the game thread. If Wiley can't start beating 1-on-1 blocking, I expect to see Coleman/Ogbogu getting more PT.

No credit for the NFL's leading passer?

Wiley is small and slow not a good combination in a DE.
