I know this is going to get moved but whatever i cant find anyone with an answer
I've just upgraded to HD Direct TV this morning
the Cowboys vs. Broncos game is on NFL NETWORK, but for some reason i seem to cant find the HD version of the network
Am i just looking @ the wrong place? or are not all NFL games shown in HD? Will most reg. season games be broadcast in HD if you have sunday ticket??
Sorry i know im stupid.:lmao2:

You need to look at the on-screen guide. Not everything is broadcast in HD.

just to clarify more - I didn't mean to sound like a smartazz in the last post...
Channels that have HD content may also have programs that are not HD... they typically mark the HD programs in the on-screen guide so that you can see which ones are being broadcast in HD. You can also do a guide search that only shows channels which broadcast in HD.
HD is awesome, but it is still a little frustrating trying to find content... It gets better every year, though.

Thanks for the info playaz
I know what you mean on the content front, but it looks amazing.
As long as their increasing the HD library for football games i'L be fine
too bad i dont have 1080p, i've chosen 1080i, i assume since its the highest # it must be the best, but from what i've seen i see little difference between the 720and 420

The first time they showed the game on Sunday they used the Denver feed and it was in HD on channel 94, as are many of the preseason games. Tonight they're using the Dallas broadcast, which is not on channel 94, so no HD. I'm not sure if it was broadcast originally in HD on Saturday or not, but when ESPN showed highlight Sat. night the footage they used was not HD.
