Attending the Cowboys vs. Chiefs Game???

My pops and I will be attending the cowboys and chiefs game in kansas city this season on October 11th. Just wondering if anyone else out there is planning to make the trip.

This is going to be one of the NFLs 50th anniversary games, celebrating the AFL so, as im sure everyone already knows, it will be Dallas vs. "Dallas". I think it's pretty cool.

Anyhow, just wondering if any of the other True Blue fans will be attending the game and if there are going to be any Dallas Cowboy tailgate parties we can maybe attend. lol. (of course we'll bring beer!!!) Also, does anyone have any additional information about this game. I think i heard that the Boys will also be wearing some form of throwback uniform. That would be pretty cool.

I'll be there - the mrs. and I already have tickets and hotel reservations.

The last I heard, the Chiefs will be wearing throwback jerseys not the Cowboys.

I am curious to what your tickets look like. Mine look normal and all, but for whatever reason under admission it says $25.00.

Just an FYI. KC is wearing their "Texans" throwback unis that game. Dallas is wearing the white helmut, blue/white double-star jersey as well.

A few of us will be in Denver. I nearly got persuaded to stay on another week to see the KC game. #1 wouldn't have been too pleased.

I just relocated to Kansas City 5 weeks ago. Three weeks ago, members of the team were selling tickets to the home games at our plant for cheap prices.

Unfortunately, I did not purchase any. I came real close to buying some and they did their best in trying to persuade me. Problem was, I planned on returning to Wisconsin to visit my Mom and siblings that weekend.

Lost opportunity.

Been hearing nothing but how much of *******s the Chiefs fans are. Is this true?? Should I be ready to dodge a flying beer at the game or something??? Like I said first time I go to a game and just trying to prepare for whats to come. I plan on cheering for the boys as much I can and have a low tolerance for bs so I guess my biggest fear is getting kicked out. Any words of advice??

Yeah, I'll be making the trip. All 5 miles of it. Already got tickets for the wife and I. Actually I'll just be having someone drop us off because I'm not taking my car up there, even if parking was free. Not the greatest seats in the world, but they'll have to do.

I am curious to see how the stadium renovations look.
