I know you're not going to agree with all these rankings, but play along please.

The Cowboys get three of these players. Lets say their picks are the same as last year. 14, 45 and 81.

Pick three still on the clock at those spots.

Assuming we don't re-sign Spencer...
(14) Dion Jordan
(45) Barrett Jones (Tyler Wilson would be hard to pass up here)
(81) Andre Ellington

OLB/DE Sam Montgomery
Of the top pass rushers, he is one of the best against the run which is a requirement to replace Spencer. High "motor" player. Safe pick, IMO.
Other considerations:
OLB/DE Dion Jordon, Exciting but, ?Strong Side, ?Run Defense
DE/DT Sheldon Richardson, could be disruptive as a 5-technique
OG/OT Dallas Thomas, very good OG or possibly OT.

OC/OG Khaled Holmes
I think this player is way underrated.
See my play-by-play of him against Lotulelei here:
http://www.walker-texas.com/holmes-vs-star.pdf
Other considerations:
Barrett Jones, IMO Holmes is better fit in Callahans' ZBS
Jake Matthews, Difficult to pass up. Could probably play OG if needed.

OT Brennan Williams
Would be a 2nd rounder if not for injury.
Other considerations:
Trade up or down.

Good picks. Good point about Spencer. I might change my pick if he stays.

Good picks here also. I might take Richardson if Spencer stays.

Now that you're the GM, I would like to apply to be the Director of Scouting or some-such Title.

14. Johnathan Jenkins - I know it would never happen, but this guy is so disruptive and I love watching him play. My next choices would be Taylor Lewan or Sam Montgomery.

45. Larry Warford - Guard from Kentucky, just another name to throw out there other than Jones from Alabama. Other options would be Marquess Wilson, Eric Reid and Jake Matthews

81. Landry Jones - Need to draft a QB to groom and I don't like much after the 81st ranked player. Other options - Brian Winters, Tavarres King and T.J. McDonald.

19. Sheldon Richardson DT Missouri

45. Barrett Jones

85. Jackson Jeffcoat DE Texas (would be steal here, no way he gets past the first half of round two if he comes out at all)

It is not the waitress's fault!

14) NT Johnathan Jenkins, I know he is really big and can move, majority of starting 3-4 NTs in the league were drafted in the 1st round. Can play DE too or shift Ratliff to DE.

45) QB Tyler Wilson, an Arkansas alumni! Because of the way QBs get pushed up during the draft might be a 1st rounder. Romo after next season will be age 34 going into the draft as a FA if nothing gets done. Can be franchised if necessary, still time to start looking...

81) Dont know enough about any of the players listed

Trade Ware for a 1st, Romo for a 1st, and Witten for a 2nd. Get Geno Smith, Chance Warmack, and some pass rushers.
