Default Poppinga vs Vickers
Did anyone hear Ben and Skin say these guys got into a bit of a scuffle yesterday?

Garrett had the team in cupcake mode and Poppinga blew up Vickers. Vickers got mad because evidently the team wasn't practicing at full speed.

Well a player or 2 later Poppinga just blows him up again and Vickers said something along the lines of "We don't practice like that" to which Poppinga fired back with "I only got 1 speed".


Take it for whatever it's worth.

Yep this team sure does need a few Haley's around. A crazy MF'er that keeps everyone on edge...we definitely do not have that. On the Jimmy teams we had Haley, Larry Allen, Eric Big E Williams to name a few of the nasties. Players around the league were would crap their pants when they knew they had to face Williams and Allen. With those two it was a WAR.

Michael Irvin was another Crazy F. It is so easy to just keep going down the list, amazing. Name one crazy F on our current team...Maybe Sean Lee.

Oh, Vickers did have that one grab vs the Brown on 3rd down that we absolutely had to have.

Yes add Dez to the crazy list on the current team. Maybe next year he will have enough respect to actually take on the roll of an Irvin.

I like Popp even more now.

I agree with him. I never bought into that half speed BS when I was playing football either. You always played football one way.

I could see our locker room full of warm tea drinking (with their pinky out) & itellectual book reading guys looking over at Poppinga thinking "who let this rediculous man into our locker room".
