Default Your favourite Draft Pick.

With such a great draft It's hard to name just 1 pick that I like best.... but I really realyl love the Chris Canty pick in the 4th.

before the draft i had him on my watch list as a possible 3-4 end in the 2nd round if we were going with a 3-4 and missed Spears.

I just think in round 4, trading up was an absolute steal. I have very high hopes for Canty.

I love all the picks we made mostly. BP did great, but I'll be watching Canty's development with extra interest.

biggest steal- Canty
most likely to succeed- Spears
most excited about- Ware

I really can't pick one. I love them all.
And so will Dallas for years to come.
I'm sure of it.

Right now, as much as I wanted Ware and Spears... I think Canty is my favorite.

To get him as late as we did is something that will come back to haunt the rest of the NFC East. That was a steal.

Hard to pick though... I like them all.

I like the way you put this.

When a player who grew up not liking the cowboys says im happy to be a cowboy and WE are going to be an ANGRY YOUNG defense. I cant help but to love this kid although I only saw him play once. He sounds like a true leader and i LOVE a player who plays with passion even if hes not the greatest. My pick... Kevin Burnett

My favorite pick was Spears, mainly because I thought we were very fortunate that he was still there.

I think we would all be signing a different tune if Spears was not the pick at 20! The rest of the draft was solid but the Ware/Speras combo made it special.

I definitely like Ware aat the 11 spot. I've seen him play and the guy is just tenacious!! I am very anxious to see how he does in camp. With so much Defense in this draft we cant miss!!

i agree tought to pick just one. but for some reason canty has me the most excited, even though he may not able to play much, if at all this year. spears is a close 2nd. But there is just something about canty from all the vids and highlights of him i have seen. I really think he has a chance to be something special

My favorite pick is Demarcus Ware, I was tired of seeing the opponent's QB having a cup of coffee and a doughnut before they had to throw the ball. Ware is instant pressure just like Haley gave us.

Almost too close to call but I'll say Spears is my favorite pick. I believe he and Fergi are the keys to a dominant defense. My second favorite pick is a 4 way tie between Ware, Burnett, Canty, and Barber.

Ware will be a wrecking machine - hit the on button and watch him go!

Canty was the icing on top of an already great defensive draft. Come October, there's a good chance that Canty will be as impressive as Spears. On talent and physical ability alone, Canty is not that far behind Spears - if at all. It's pretty remarkable that we got 2 starting caliber 3-4 ends in one draft.

But I'm most excited about Barber. He's not as elusive as Julius but we now have a backup RB who's more explosive than any STARTING RB(outside of JJ) we've had since probably the 2000 season. Emmitt's my favorite player of all-time. While he remained productive throughout, he simply wasn't the threat he once was. It was only natural given his age. Our running game now is finally in very good YOUNG hands with good depth. This is the best position we've been in since Emmitt in his heyday. I just wish we could find a better FB.

All of 'em. First I truly believe we're gonna have instant commraderie, secondly they are all outstanding athletes with good characters and last but most importantly, because of the manner in which they "fell" to us. Good Lord fellas do we truly realize just how lucky we really were this draft? This happens once in a life time if ever. I can't wait to see them play. This is going to be a very long off-season.
AS: Cowboys ice their own kicker in 19-13 OT loss

“That is one of the luxuries of my position as owner as well as the ultimate decision maker, general manager and president – I can do that and take the losses and come back for more,” Jones said.

God help us...............
