He has improved a lot this year and really the 2nd half of the season: 9INTs first 5games, 2INTs last 5games.

He's not forcing passes and accepting when plays aren't there and throwing it away. And his feet...very sweet feet. He played some WR in HS and ran track. He wasn't heavily recruited by big schools, but I believe most schools that did want him, wanted him as an athlete, not a QB. Big mistake.
