Default Norm Hitzges and Ron St. Angelo's Greatest Team Ever book

I checked out a copy of Norm Hitzges and Ron St. Angelo's book on the 1991-1995 Dallas Cowboys entitled Greatest Team Ever. The book is a nice coffee table sized book with excellent photographs (though the placement and inclusion of some leaves a lot to be desired). While this is a nice keepsake, it is not for the true Cowboys historian. I have compiled a list of the obvious errors (not including typos):

1. Lots of late 90s and 2000s photos even though the book is about the 1991-1995 Cowboys.

2. Pg. 33, Says Emmitt Smith was a two-time Super Bowl MVP.

3. Pg. 37, calls kicker Ken Willis "Kevin Willis."

4. Pg. 38, Issaic Holt's name is incorrectly spelled Isaac.

5. Pg. 43, Referring to the 1991 Dallas vs. Washington game: "Washington had whipped Dallas eleven consecutive times at home." Dallas had beaten Washington 7 out of 11 times at RFK in the regular season: 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1988, 1989.

6. Pg. 89, in lead up to 1993 NFC Championship game when Jimmy Johnson called Randy Galloway's radio show with special guest Dan Reeves, Norm refers to Reeves as the coach of the Broncos when in fact he was coach of the Giants.

7. Pg. 103, Incorrectly states that Cowboys were 3-13 in 1989 and 1-15 in 1990!!! 3-13 in 1988, 1-15 in 1989, 7-9 in 1990.

8. Pg. 153, Incorrectly gives the score of 1995 NFC Divisional Playoff win over Philly as 36-11- it was 30-11.

9. Pg. 156, incorrectly states that a platform was erected in the locker room for the Super Bowl championship celebration. The platform was on the field when Switzer did the infamous "We did it!" spiel.

10. In the stats section Pct. Int and Int are transposed, so that Ints are recorded in the spot for percentages and vice versa.

I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones I found.
Thankfully, I was smart enough to have never believed...
