Default Trade questions?

Ok, with all the trade talks going on I've got to say I think the NFL need to change/fix some things. Along with being a Cowboys fan I'm a BIG Atlanta Braves fan. Baseball along with Basketball always have big trades that teams fans can get up for, and at their trade dead lines trades are all the talk. But with what I understand about the NFL is most trades don't happen because of the Cap hits. I don't know the Cap rules so I don't know what they could do, but what do ya'll think?

Because of the Cap would a trade like say..... RWilliams, Dal (just a name out of the air and not saying they would even consider it) for Atlanta's #3 even be worth it because of our Cap hit? Our would something like RWilliams, Dal for DHall, Atl be the only Cap friendly trades that might happen?

I just think that if the NFL came up with a way to make trades more Cap friendly trades would happen more offten and make the off season and the trade dead line more exciting!
