I think I'd be ok with anyone on that list except Perkins. I personally don't like CB coming out of conferences that don't throw the ball. It's not true as much as it once was, but the Big 12 is still a weak test for a CB, IMO.

Miller and Jones will both be gone by 20 IMHO.
The Big 12 has some pass happy teams like Tech, OU and until this season, UT. Even A&M passed like crazy. The big 12 has produced very, very good CB talent in the past 5 years.
Perkins is raw but may have the most potential out of all of these guys.
