I'm gonna be sick.
I can't believe we just traded down THAT far with Steven Jackson on the board. This is disgusting. I was ready to go buy my Steven Jackson jersey already.

Great trade. Good value, and we'll still get a decent back.

i'm sorry, but I think its a good trade also
we get 3 picks and no rb is dominant in this one.
consider that dominant rbs get drafted in the top 10 and no rb has been drafted. if jackson and jones were that much better than perry, bell, jones, etc...they would have been drafted already and would not have fallen to 22.
there is not a big gap in those rbs and we get extra picks....good trade

This is a great trade. I mean, what great value here. Picked up additional picks and a 1st next year with all RBs still on the board. This was absolutly great. Remember, were not playing to win next year. Were playing to win a championship and this trade will help us get there.

It will be a good trade if the Bills are miserable next year.

OK..before I go hang over the toilet...
Let's get this straight....WE DIDN'T get three picks...
We gave up this year's number one and got their number for next year.
We got a second and a fifth for our 22nd.
A fifth is a role player AT BEST...most don't even make it to an NFL roster.
So the way I see it, we gave up Jackson, the best guy at a position of great need for us..for a second.
OK...now I am going to be ill..
Well, at least Parcells and Jones aren't looking to sacrifice the future for the present.

BINGO.
That's the catch.
If this becomes a mid 20 pick...AWFUL.

It's less than a 2nd though, because a 1st this year is worth more than a 1st next year.

no juke
we still inherit a 2nd round pick (and that is quality) and we still get to draft a rb this year who is comparable to the best available this year.
this is not a super year for rbs. it does not matter that jackson is rated high...he is not a top 5 pick, not a top 10 pick, not a top 20 pick. that is reality. why are you going gaga over a back that is still there?
if he was that good, he would be drafted by now...you cannot dispute that.
i like jackson, jones, bell, perry, and the other jones....i also like turner...i cannot guarantee that jackson is better than any of those at this stage and neither can the boys.

I felt Jackson was MUCH better than those guys...
Whatever....I'm disgusted...and I'll just let it drop..
It's playing havoc with my Chakras to keep posting about this.
