Gotta love the polls at that ConcreteField.com web site.

Their previous poll was:

"By how many points will the Eagles win the Super Bowl by?"

Couldn't happen to nicer bunch of guys.

I was reading some threads on those sites and it blows my mind that patriot fans would even bother gloating on a message board...their team just won the SB !!!...hmmmmm let me see .should I ... 1.go yell in the street
2.rewind the tape and watch the game again
3.watch ESPN or the local channels for any news on the game
4.make sure I have a fresh tape ready for the post game shows....no none of those ... instead I am going on an Eagle board and post and gloat.

checking out some of the Philthy sites, the excuses are coming fast and furious. We'll be back next and be be better, only lost by 3 points, just getting the SB is important, etc...

Keep it up Philly and one day, maybe, you can be the next Buffalo Bills team.

Suck It Philly

Some of what they are saying........

I just don't understand Reid allowing the offense to piss away three minutes by huddling and strolling to the line of scrimage with 5:07 on the clock and 10 point defecit. Not a good job by Reid not a good job by McNabb.

Reid and McNabb certainly have to share the blame for that. Next year, I expect to see the Eagles do some no huddle in the middle of games so they actually know how to run the damn thing. Argh.

======================================

Man, this was hard, hard to take.

It's hard to come up with the words needed. This one feels like a punch in the gut. They had chances, especially early in the game, to come up with scores.

If any of the turnovers killed us, it was D-Mac's first interception. I know some will say we have no idea how the rest of the game would have shaken out if there was no turnovers, but it would have been a momentum builder. The team left at least three points on the board, and we lost by three.

=======================================

i'll say it....mcnabb choked.

the guy throws 8 int's all season, then throws 3 in the biggest game of his life.

=======================================

TO is awesome. I love him being here. He's a warrior.

Everyone doubted him. Everyone!

He gave them a big ol' farg you!

Way to go TO...its too bad your coach and quarterback let you down.

======================================

Well at least I got 7 1/2 from a guy at work who owes me a handle of Jack to drown my sorrows with...

=======================================

I look at it like this...the Eagles played their second worse game this year and the Pats barely limped away with the W.

The Eagles have to run the ball better and they have to get better at keeping Donnie clean.

I couldn't understand the lack of the hurry up atht e end either. It doesn't matter if they run up to the line if they don't have a play to run. I don't know if that was the problem but it needs to be fixed.

=======================================

They lost a winnable game. That sucks. Life goes on.

=======================================

McNabb and JJ choked so bad it makes me sick. McNabb did some good things but that int to Bruschi was inexcuseble. JJ at one point 4 scoring drives in 5 drives ? IMO the Defense left us down more than anything.

:iggles: :iggles: :iggles: :iggles:

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

They have a poll there that askes the question: Does the Pats ever get called for holding? This is not a posters poll but one on the site itself. Oh yeah, lots of therapy.
