Julius Jones and it won't be close.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray, Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8. |

IMHO I think JJ was brought in to carry the entire load when ready. But I,ll be happy however Coach bill splits the carries.

Well, I voted for Larry Allen. I think LA's injury will be much improved this year. Soo much so that he be quite a challenge for Orange Julius in training camp.
I believe that Parcells will have LA trimmed down significantly. In fact, Parcells will have better luck slimming down LA than He did with Troy Hambone. LA at the start of preseason will have turned over a new leaf to the degree that the team will nick name him "Faster than a speeding bullet" and move Him to the back field. God forbid if anyone gets in His way when He bolts up center field for the open hole with the ball tucked in His gut. If there aint a hole, there will be when He gets finished. I say that Larry Allen will have 1,237 rushing at the end of regular season. Anyway, that's my spin. Last edited by David : 06-01-2004 at 09:21 AM. |
