And I'll agree with one of the other posters on this subject. There are WAYYYY to many fairweather type fans, of players, here. If the guy is helping you out, you love em to death. Soon as something goes wrong, your all over him. REMEMBER what you were all saying about M. Edwards in 03, then last year there were people begging to have him back.
[View Full Quote]Blade played well for us, he got out of shape or lazy, whatever the case may be, he still performed for us on the field so the constant bashing and trash talking is stupid if you ask me. Let me ask you this. When you get a vacation at work, do you get up everyday your off and do the things you'd usually do at work? Hell no, you'll want to be lazy and lay around and enjoy your time off. No difference in that and an NFL player wanting to enjoy his time off. IMO.

Worst post of the century.
Sorry, i don't feel the need to defend or feel sorry for lazy athletes.

This terrible injury will probably confirm to Willie even more the off season is for couch potatoing, not working out or playing. He may have come to camp fat and ill conditioned last season, but at least he made it to camp.
Rivera, Blade.....not promising as a "lucky year", injury-wise.

Welcome back -
I'm counting on Peterman being a better backup than Gurode was a starter.
Rivera can play this year is gravy, but we can't count on him - shame.
Ferguson will be an upgrade at NT.

Well he can give up and quit. He hasn't quit yet but he hasn't blazed any new trails either.
Or they will be all over him and he will rehab properly and they will keep his weight down.
It's up to him.
Nice to have you back. I missed you.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Perhaps it is because there was some other guy missing on our defense last year. You may have heard of him before.....Darren Woodson.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Hopefully he will do his rehab in Dallas where they can keep an eye on him and control his diet. This could be a life changing time for him if he applies himself. If he is allowed to do as he wishes, we may never hear from him again.
