Anyhow - Bledsoe is an upgrade, but I don't think a great one. He threw a whole 4 less ints than Vinny. Not a great improvement as far as I am concerned.

Vinny also excelled under Parcells - but that was in the past, as was Bledsoe's success. I think that in many ways, Bledsoe is better. But his footwork will be a liability. I am afraid that he will be an easier target as far as sacks go, and will (as if it is possible) actually hold on to the ball longer.

He saving grace will be his ability to read defense. If he can (and only Carter couldn't) read defense any better than Testaverde, he will be ok. But my favorite quote about Bledsoe always remains:

He's just good enough to break your heart.

That worries me

It had better worry you.

By your sig - you a Texan? Ever seen Bledsoe play a game in Person? You break out a cliche on Broken heart bs. What basis? I've seen him play live 94 on. You can call him a scrub, you can say he sucks (you are wrong) But don't ever question his heart - he's as tough a QB as there is. Played with a pin sticking out of finger in December in NeW eNGLAND WINTER and beat Bills, Fins back to back in 98. Other than a hit where he almost died on the table to internal hemoraging, he misses nothing GAME WISE IN CAREER....

You are loopy, I predicted playoffs with Carter at the helm. Once he was cut we were in a spiral. By time we didn't make Law trade and said Oops at RCB I wrote off season pre Minny - go to the tape....

Again - what do you predict this year?

At the moment-- without considering the draft 8-8.

I'll take the Over! 8-8 that is.

11-5 and pushing Eagles in East.
