It would be Hayes by as far as he wanted it to be. No one knows how fast he could actually run as exibited by his anchor leg in the relay (sorry I forget the race distance) at the olympics. He made up the ground lost by his teammates, came from behind to beat everyone and ran the fastest leg ever in that race.
second would be close with those other three guys, they could all fly but I think it would be:
Hayes (no doubt)
Walker
Sanders
Dorsett
I wouldn't want to put too much money on who would get second but I'd bet the farm on Hayes.
