As a CAL and Cowboys fan, I absolutely agree that Chase Lyman is the sleeper at wideout. In fact, he was the main reason why USC escaped with a victory last year against CAL because Chase reinjured himself. At that time, he was one of the reasons why Aaron Rodgers burst onto the stage because he was catching everything and putting up gaudy numbers with his QB. When healthy he is tall (6' 3" and 217) AND fast (sub 4.5- the fastest on the team). In fact, I would say that he is the "Poor man's Matt Jones" on draft day. He definitely has a chance to be special and a starter with a little seasoning behind KJ and TG.

Unless the guy is permanently damaged goods at this point, Ben Wilkerson is going to be a major steal for someone at Center. I'm surprised he's not on the list. I know he had an injury that ended his season, but he was the top ranked center last year and has the size.

Wouldn't mind taking a flyer on Larry Brackins, Cra Thorpe or Chauncey Stovall either. High return, low risk.

And anybody else feel we could pick up a starting FB in the 6th or even 7th without even trying that hard?

you forgot OT Michael Munoz
"They say it makes your testicles shrink,'' Bonds said. "I can tell you my testicles are the same size. They haven't shrunk. They're the same and work just the same as they always have."

Not a big Goose fan since I rarely like what he has to say, but man, you can't argue with his results. I think he's averaged over 87 so far. May not like him much, but he's on the money.

Thanks Adam. Has anyone ever told you that you're the man?

I think Elton Brown makes a lot of sense at this point. We have other need areas too, but I wouldn't count on any 2nd day guys stepping in as starters this year.

I would prefer trading for picks next year, but that seems to be a longshot considering how this draft has gone.
