 Clarett drafted by the Broncos, the team that has the best track record in the NFL in the past 10 seasons in unearthing late RD Running back gems. Surprise suprise the rumours after Clarett going to Denver include Bill Parcells discussing contract issues like weight clauses with Clarett and his agent and Parcells describing Clarett as "cornered". Anyway, I knew last year that Parcells wanted (I have friends in high places  ) Clarett and am sure he would have been our 3rd RD pick if they still had the pick.Last edited by Charles : 04-24-2005 at 11:55 AM. |
