Copper came on too - i remember someone trying to pin the nickname "Penny" on him because he was a lucky find. i wouldn't want the guys in the lockerroom calling me Penny, but i thought he made some good grabs in limited action.

AS: Cowboys ice their own kicker in 19-13 OT loss

“That is one of the luxuries of my position as owner as well as the ultimate decision maker, general manager and president – I can do that and take the losses and come back for more,” Jones said.

An indicator of how BP and JJ like the receivers we have is none have been taken in this year's draft and none were picked up in FA. Apparently they think DB is the answer for the offense to click.

As far as Drew, I wish him the best of luck, but I don't think you can sit out of football for a couple of years and come back and play, expecially after starting only eight college games. He has the prototypical look, but I don't think he will succeed.

yeah. I forgot about copper. he did do a few good things. Yeah I remember now, he wasn't half bad but at the time BP didn't have the patience for him. I think once this kid learns the offense/routes we got us a gamer.

Glad he's practicing in the off season. Thought all back up QB's did that?
Starters usually have to balance it out to last the season.
Appears you will be dissapointed if Henson actually developes into a top not QB for us. It is one thing for people to get carried away about Henson becoming some great QB but it is another thing to constantly knock this kid before he has actually gotten a chance to prove himself. Henson has a lot more ability than any QB we have brought in since Troy Aikman now I don't know if he will ever reach the heights of Troy Aikman but the kid deserves his shot.
