MySA: Cowboys' Bryant passes playbook quiz

Web Posted: 08/19/2010 12:00 CDT OXNARD, Calif. Offensive coordinator Jason Garrett gave injured rookie receiver Dez Bryant a pop quiz on the offense after Wednesday's afternoon practice. He wanted to make sure I was on top of my game and going over the playbook, Bryant said. He wanted to know if I had everything down. Bryant often plays catch with other players on the side during practice. When nobody is available, he throws the ball up in the air to himself.
