The scary part for Cowboys opponents in 2010 is that All Pro nose tackle Jay Ratliff may be better than ever. He certainly will be healthier than he has been in years and maybe on the verge of taking his game to an even more dominant level.

He was often forced to take pain killers after game last year as well as shots to reduce inflammation. But that was before he had offseason surgery to have the bone spurs removed. He has noticed a huge improvement.

Add in the fact that he did MMA training in the offseason to him to increase his craftiness with his hands, Ratliff is poised for a big year.
