I have dishnetwork and my local stations are out of Houston. Last year on the website I put in for a waiver to get distant networks out of Dallas. Fox was the only network to give the waiver so I got KDFW for $1.50 a month. I could get one more Fox distant network channel if I want. A few months ago, my brother got dishnetwork and asked for Fox and CBS out of Dallas. They gave him CBS immediately without a waiver and he got the Fox waiver a couple weeks later. Wanting KTVT also, I looked up on the dishnetwork.com site again and CBS-KTVT was available and I got it for another $1.50 a month. I've checked the site since and now it doens't appear to be available any more, so it was lucky I grabbed it when I had the chance. So I would recommend that if you have satelite, to try for the waiver and you might get lucky.
