If I was an exec at Direct TV I'd be really pissed? What kind of a terrible PR move to drop their active customers hoping the dumb ones will pay the higher rate?
I bet there will be 5% of the customer fanbase that is going to say up yours and not renew it.
I am a 4 year Sunday ticket buyer. I go to 215 and see call customer service for ordering information. The dumped me too!
