Look, good college player, good guy but doesn't show up in the big game.

Gets burned on his gap too much on running plays.

Will be a solid pro but not a stud. A Greg Ellis type of pick. We can get an X factor level of player.

Marcel Dareus in his last 2 bowls just took games over on that side of the ball.

If I have to chose between the 2 at # 9, Dareus, who is going to be a stud, no questions asked.

Plus he can play top notch on all spots on the front 3 of a 3-4.

Gives us so much more flexibility and is more pro ready than Watt.
What about when Wisconsin played #1 Ranked Ohio State? 2 sacks against a tough QB to bring down. I would say thats a pretty big game.
At that moment a voice came over me and said, Look up, get up, and don't ever give up. You tell everyone or anyone that has ever doubted, thought they did not measure up or wanted to quit, you tell them to look up, get up and don't ever give up. - Michael Irvin

Default Brutal thread....

I watched Watt ALOT this year and he's a solid college player: that's IT. He didn't stand out, he didn't dominate and his measurables don't in any way, shape or FORM grade out to a top 10 1st round pick. That's the bottom line. Darius is a friggin' BEAST physically who has a question of playing hard, but that's ALL. The fact this is even a discussion shows what a clown McDonkey really is!

He's not going to dominate every single game he plays in. I thought he played well in his bowl game, but I guess not everyone saw it the same way I did.

Watt and Tyron Smith are the two players I see shooting up draft boards, and I would be fine with either one of them at 9. I've been touting both of them for awhile.
