I agree, Merritt might be showing flashes, but he has never been consistant.

I am a die hard Badger fan also.....season ticket holder for years. Never miss a home game. Go Badgers!!

I think they'll probably keep just 5, as we rarely (if ever) line up with more than 3 WR's in the game...if they kept a 6th it'd have to be because the guy had some extraordinary developmental skills, and I dont see any of the potential 6th guys as that...

I think the top-4 are locks in Key, Glenn, Morgan and Cryaton...after that its wide open

Don't know but I'd lay odds he was!
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

I think beyond Key, Glenn and Morgan it's a dogfight. There are UDFA and FAs who might figure into the mix. Plus injuries.

BRAVO , BRAVO!!! LOL. At least your in the thick of things down in Mad city. Meanwhile im stuck up in Hodagland! P.S....Im soooooo happy we didnt draft Erasmus. Before his pee test I thought Hawthorn would turn out to be the better pro. Still might. Think his bullrush really helped Erasmus...

Me thinks we need to draft a WR next season. We are 1 injury away from an issue again. I would not be suprised to see a Vet WR brought in later down the line.

There is a very good chance that we will be keeping 6 WRs. We have been keeping 6 in recent years (counting Randall Williams). The only requisite is that the 5th and 6th be able to play Special Teams.

1. I think Copper is ahead of Crayton due to speed and experience at the position...he gets all the mentions.

2. Merritt might be a practice squad player...I don't see us keeping an UDFA on the actual roster...unless a WR is an actual immediate contributor, I think his only shot is on the practice squad unless he's a Special Teams Demon.

I myself really like what Iv'e seen from Crayton. Think he works his way up to 3 at some point. Can see him developing into a nice 2 a couple years down the road if not sooner.

I think that Crayton is ahead because 1- I think he is better, 2- he has made more plays, 3- he was ahead on the depth chart at the end of the season. He is catching up on the learning curve.

I like Crayton a lot as well. The fact that he made the team last year is a testament to his abilities. I have watched NAIA football and it is a small step above high school football (some teams are probably worse than many high school teams).

1. I think Crayton has been in more situations than copper(I.E.The skins game),and he got the call before copper did at the end of the season, so in my opinion Crayton has a better chance in making the team than copper.

2. I agree with you on that, but really we have so many speed guys on the roster, who ahve hands (Crowder), so i really dont see him mkaing this team, we just have to many players.
