OFFENSIVE TEAM MVP: Julius Jones, if he stays healthy, should put up some serious numbers with the improve O-line (hope we grab a solid RT), the return of Dan Campbell and Keyshawn (who can block as good as anybody in their respective positions), and the fact that Bledsoe spreads the field with the passing game. If JJ gets hurt, then look towards Witten or Bledsoe. But a healthy JJ should light up the NFL this year.
DEFENSIVE TEAM MVP: hmmm.....tough call here, but I think we'll be pleasantly surprised by the play of Terrance Newman. Going out on a limb here, but if there's any player on the Cowboys with a chip on his shoulder it's Newman, after all the flack he took last year about his play. This kid knows he's good and should have a chance to prove it in the new scheme. "But Cowboy Dan, with all the handcuffing and cream-puff rules being put in to eliminate cornerbacks playing defense, how can a cornerback be considered the team defensive mvp ever again?", you ask???? Well I've just got a feeling about Terrance Newman this year. He should have a lot of help this year, both from a much improved secondary and a d-line that should generate a lot of pressure on opposing QBs.
