I think he plays OLB on base downs and then plays with his hand down in nickel sets. Not unlike the way Shotty used Lavar Arrington when he was in Washigton. As Goose said, John Fox needs linebackers and defensive linemen, and there's only one good linebacker in the draft, but a ton of defensive linemen. They can get Miller in the first and then grab a Clayborn or a Phil Taylor in the 2nd.
