why don't you drive to Tennessee and tell them that. While you're at it, tell them what you think a "real" horse looks like. It might inspire another version of Rocky Top.

I did that in North Carolina. Some folks asked where I was from and when I told them they asked it that was in the Rocky Mountains. Then they asked me what I thought of their mountains and I asked, "where are they?" I couldn't believe it when they told me we were in them. Those aren't mountains to me either.

Apparently, I have no idea what this all means. Do people in Tennessee get offended when I question the majesty of their foothills?

Do people in Tennessee ride around on miniature horses and call them horses?

Is this a "real" horse?

Default re.

This thread has taken a stupid turn.

I'm from the Mountains of East Tennessee.

Yes they are Mountains.

and ya know what? We also understand that there are bigger mountains in the world.

Guess what? I live in a town called Mountain City. Imagine a bunch of hicks calling a place that, that has no Mountains. Shheesh!

If you really want to discuss our area, talk to Jason Witten, and Julius Jones.

It is home to them.

Again Starman,Thanks for what had been a good thread. sorry it got hijacked.

Thanks for posting Starman.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Jason Allen was there from UT
He'll probably be the #1 rated FS prospect in the 06 Draft. Maybe even a Top 15 pick.

Despite labeling myself a "realist", no one understands my pain or appreciates my special truth. Stupid world.
